Integrity: The Quiet Test That Reveals Everything. Ethics, while necessary and commendable, are not what ultimately count. What truly matters is integrity.

We often talk about “time management” as if it were a tidy equation. Most of the pressures we feel around time aren't about calendars at all. They’re about conflicting priorities. And at the heart of every conflicting priority sits a decision we don’t want to make.

Consultants and coaches are everywhere. What makes me any different? I bring something much deeper to the table. I am a Strategist. The difference is subtle, but the impact is huge. For me, strategy underpins everything — it is the single most powerful tool in your box. Not everyone gets it, and not everyone gets it right.

Over the past few weeks, I’ve had the privilege of moderating and speaking on several high-profile panels about AI adoption in the legal sector, including SurePoint Technology’s Ignite 2025 Conference in Austin, Texas.  I led the “Smarter, Safer, Stronger – Responsible AI Strategies” panel  which led to 2 additional follow up sessions with my fellow panelists – industry leaders with expertise in adoption, integration and security.
