Maas Leadership Circle™ – Membership Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

Welcome to the Maas Leadership Circle (the “Program”), operated by Maas Leadership LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By joining, purchasing, or using any part of the Program through www.maasleadership.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).
If you do not agree, please do not join or access members-only areas.

2. Membership Services

The Program provides educational, coaching, and community resources to support leadership development, AI strategy, and personal transformation.
We may modify, enhance, or discontinue any aspect of the Program at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Payments & Renewals

• Membership fees are billed automatically on a recurring basis (monthly or annual, as selected at checkout).

• You authorize recurring charges to your chosen payment method until you cancel through your member account on the Site.

• All fees are stated in U.S. dollars and are non-refundable except where required by law.

• If a payment fails, access to members-only content may be suspended until payment is received.

4. Cancellation Policy

Members may cancel anytime directly within their account portal on the Site.
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. To avoid the next charge, please complete the cancellation before your renewal date.
If you later choose to rejoin, your membership will renew at the rate in effect at that time.

5. Intellectual Property

All content within the Program—including videos, guides, templates, downloads, and live session materials—is the exclusive property of Maas Leadership LLC and protected by copyright and trademark law.
You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license to access content for your own professional development.
You agree not to copy, record, share, distribute, or reproduce any Program materials without our written permission.

6. Community Standards

The Maas Leadership Circle is built on trust, confidentiality, and respect.
You agree to participate professionally and keep all discussions private.
Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive conduct may result in immediate removal without refund.
You may not use the community to promote or sell outside products or services.

7. No Guarantees / Disclaimer

The Program is educational and informational only. We make no guarantees regarding specific results, financial outcomes, or performance improvements.
All services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
You accept full responsibility for your decisions and results following participation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maas Leadership LLC, its officers, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your participation.
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the total amount paid by you during the three (3) months preceding any claim.

9. Confidentiality & Privacy

We respect your privacy. Personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy 
You agree not to disclose proprietary information, coaching materials, or other members’ confidential information.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that harms the community or our brand.
Upon termination, your right to access members-only areas and content ends immediately.

11. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina, USA.
Any dispute will first be addressed through good-faith discussion; if unresolved, exclusive jurisdiction lies with the state or federal courts in North Carolina.

12. Updates & Miscellaneous

We may update these Terms periodically by posting a revised version on this page. Continued participation after updates constitutes acceptance.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, form the full agreement between you and Maas Leadership LLC regarding the Program.
